Painter, artisan and graphic artist. Together with M.Powolny founder of “Wiener Keramik” in 1905 (in existence until 1926) Student of Franz von Matsch and Kolo Moser. Later on professor himself at the “Wiener Kunstgewerbeschule” from 1909 to 1935 Since 1921 member of the “Wiener Künstlerhaus”
